Rates

 

$185 - Standard Fee

Each individual session is 50 minutes.

$235 - Couple/Family Fee

Each couple or family session is 75 minutes.

$80 - Group Therapy Fee

Each group session is 75 minutes. DBT Skills group are payable per module in advance. Each module is 6 weeks long and cost $480.

$285- Initial Assessment Fee

Each initial assessment is 90 minutes.

Fees may be payable by cash, check, credit / debit card, FSA card, or HSA at the beginning of your session.

Insurance

 

I am not on any insurance panels. However, I do accept Lyra Health.

If you have a PPO plan, your insurance company may reimburse for services. I encourage you to contact your insurance provider to determine how much they will reimburse for therapy, so that you will be aware of your out-of-pocket expenditures.

Please inform me if you wish to utilize health insurance benefits to pay for therapy so I can help you with any necessary paperwork.

Note: Not all insurance plans or providers reimburse out-of-network providers. Clients remain responsible for all fees incurred regardless of their provider’s policies or practices.

Good Faith Estimate

 

Notice to clients and prospective clients:

Under the law, healthcare providers need to give clients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the expected charges for medical services, including psychotherapy services.

You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency healthcare services, including psychotherapy services.

You can ask your healthcare provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule a service, or at any time during treatment.

If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill. Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule an appointment, advance notice is required 24 hours before the scheduled session time. The client is responsible for the full session fee if 24 hour prior notice is not given.
