I am here for you and your family.

I help children, adolescents, and adults who have been struggling with some of life’s most difficult problems. Through therapy, I work with clients to find the root of the problem and then give practical skills on how to improve their lives and relationships.

I support people in exploring their past and uncovering underlying patterns that impact their lives. Life brings so many ups and downs and you don’t have to go through this alone. My goal is to help individuals make changes in their lives which will result in a positive impact in their life’s journey.

I have 18 years of clinical experience working with individuals and families providing trauma-informed, evidence-based therapy to a diverse range of clients in a variety of settings. I welcome the challenges that you and/or your family are facing and will approach it with grace and compassion.
